United States Shipping Services

• Delivery estimates include time necessary to prepare your item(s) for shipment and time in transit
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed (with the exception of Express Priority service in the US)
• Weekends and holidays are excluded
• If you need your order by a certain date, leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you
• Books are shipped in unmarked packaging (to avoid spoiling any gift surprises)

International Shipping 

For international shipping outside the US, add items to your cart to see available services. Shipping estimates shown for international services are estimates only and do not include the time necessary to prepare your order for shipment (up to 7 business days). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Just contact us within: 30 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: as soon as possible (cancellations may not be possible if we've already started work on your order.)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is the result of our error). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the return is not the result of our error, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may be charged to cover our original shipping and handling expenses.
